We present a study of 42 z < 0.4 intergalactic absorption systems with detections of three or more metal ions using spectra of 17 quasars from the Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer and the E140M mode of the HST/Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph. We chose the ions O VI, N V, C IV/C III/C II, Si IV/Si III/Si II, S IV/S III/S II, and Fe III/Fe II to include different ionization states of the same atom for future ionization modeling. We characterize the component structure of the ionic absorption relative to the Lyman series lines and measure the relative velocity offsets of the various ions by fitting Gaussian profiles.
