We report the results of an extensive, on-going monitoring campaign of PSR J0537-6910 and PSR B0540-69, two young rotation-powered pulsars in the Large Magellanic Cloud, using data acquired with the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer. Since the campaign began on Jan. 19, 1999, the 16-millisecond pulsar PSR J0537-6910 has experienced 33 glitches with amplitudes ranging from 0.02 to 0.68 ppm. The amplitude of a glitch continues to be a good predictor of the time to the following glitch. The 50-millisecond pulsar PSR B0540-69 has not had a large glitch during the decade-long campaign, and cycle count has been maintained throughout this interval. Timing noise complicates a determination of the breaking index. The ephemerides for both pulsars are being used to search for pulsations at other wavelengths.
