Scientific paper

Using the positions of the radio stars taken by Shanghai Observatory and the other observatories, the proper motions of the 16 radio stars have been determined in the FK5 system. In the meantime the proper motions of the radio stars which had been obtained in the paper [1] and [2] are also reduced to the FK5 system by the aid of the corrections of systematic effects.
