We present measurements of the veiling of the Balmer Discontinuity of Herbig Ae/Be stars to determine their mass accretion rate. Herbig Ae/Be stars are young stellar objects(YSOs) ranging from 2 to 10 Solar masses, surrounded by a circumstellar disks. Measurement of the stellar accretion rate of Herbig Ae/Be stars is
complicated by the difficulty of disentangling the stellar UV continuum and the accretion shock. The luminosity of Br-gamma emission has been shown to correlate with the accretion luminosity of classical T Tauri stars and intermediate mass T Tauri stars. We use our measurement of the veiling of the Balmer discontinuity to test the applicablity of this correlation to Herbig Ae/Be stars.
