We report on a continuing Target of Opportunity (ToO) observation of SN 2007gr on 2007 Aug 25 by the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) in the L-band between UT 0300 to 0500. The central frequency was 1390 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz. Radio emission from the SN was not detected in this observation with a 2 sigma upper limit of 220 microJansky (uJy) at the position of the SN. The corresponding map rms is about 110 uJy.
