We present our measurement of the J-band AGN luminosity function (LF) between redshifts 0 < z < 6, constructed from a sample of IRAC, MIPS and X-ray selected AGNs in the NDWFS Bootes Field observed by the AGES survey. Each object has been observed in at least 7 broad photometric bands ranging from the FUV channel of GALEX to the 24micron channel of MIPS. We use the basis of SED templates for AGNs and galaxies derived by Assef et al.(2009) to remove host contamination, critical in rest-frame J-band, and AGN reddening, and to accurately estimate the selection function for each object. We find that the AGN LF is well described by a double power-law and a combination of luminosity and density evolution. We also find, with the aid of the SED templates of Assef et al.(2009), that the IRAC selection of AGNs is biased in ways that significantly impact the construction of the AGN luminosity function, but that are accurately corrected for when including MIPS and X-ray selected objects. When we only use IRAC selected objects we find that our catalog is missing a significant number of objects at low redshift (z<1) and that the faint end slope of the AGN LF is much flatter. We also find that the evolution of the M* parameter is little affected by its selection biases but that the evolution of phi* is qualitatively different at low redshift.
