We present a summary of the results of the Ph. D. Thesis. The thesis consists of a study of several non-thermal radio sources that are seen projected near the galactic plane in apparent association with known galactic regions. Using several techniques we were able to determine if the sources were truly galactic or just improbable alignments of extragalactic objects. The sources studied are in possible association with objects in Scutum, NGC 2264, OH354.88-0.54, and GRS 1915+105. We acknowledge the NRAO institution for the use of the VLA in this research. We also thank the support of UNAM and CONACYT, Mexico.
