The SWIFT BAT hard X-ray survey (14 - 195 keV) has detected a sample of 153 local (z = 0.03) AGN sources. From this sample, we obtained and analyzed 10 ks XMM EPIC spectra of 22 previously unstudied, in X-rays, BAT AGN. Two sources, ESO 362-G018 and NGC 6860, showed very complex, flat spectra, typically indicative of a reflection-dominated spectrum, with low column densities. Below 2 keV, the X-ray spectra show evidence for warm absorption, but without higher quality spectra we can not resolve the true nature of these complex X-ray sources. Therefore, we propose high signal-to-noise XMM observations to decipher the two most complex AGN in the 9-month BAT survey. In addition to understanding these unusual spectra, these observations will provide a template for future complex sources discovered.
