We observed the hyper-luminous type-IIn IIN supernova SN 2007va (Kozlowski et al, CBET #2392), with the Expanded VLA (EVLA; Perley et al. 2009, IEEEP, 97, 1448) beginning at 2010 July 27.02 UT for a duration of 1.0 hr. The observations were carried out at a central frequency of 8.46 GHz. We do not detect the SN in our observation. The peak flux at the SN position is 31+/-28 uJy. We are grateful to the EVLA commissioning staff for making this observation possible.
