This paper reviews some aspects of the exploration of Titan after the Cassini/Huygens mission in 2004-2008. Science objectives - for what will likely be an international mission - will focus on in-situ measurements of surface chemistry, particularly where transient exposures of water have interacted with organics. Instrumentation is considered, as are platforms to carry it - the latter might include options such as airships or helicopters.
