Models of uniformly rotating magnetic stars containing mixed poloidal-toroidal fields of even parity and the associated thermally-driven circulation are constructed by a first-order perturbation method. At given angular velocity and large-scale surface field, increasing the toroidal field decreases the interior poloidal field. The range of internal fluxes available to models is somewhat increased by the inclusion of a toroidal field, but there remain values of the angular velocity and internal flux for which no solutions can be found.
