A new radio interferometer having 22-m antennas in the Crimea and near Moscow is described. Observations of the H2O maser sources Orion A, W49, and W51 are reported. An analysis is also given of signal processing. It is noted that the opportunity of achieving a long coherent signal integration time ensures high resolution with respect to interference frequency down to 1 mHz, a feature of great value for determining the relative positions of radio sources.
