In light of the recent suggestion that neutrinos may have a nonzero rest mass, attention is given to the equilibrium configuration of a system of self-gravitating neutrinos. Considerations of the fermion pressure due to the quantum Fermi-Dirac statistic are applied to massive neutrinos in a Newtonian treatment in order to obtain the critical and 2.7-K background values for neutrino numbers, configuration radii, and total masses corresponding to neutrino masses of 10 and 50 eV. It is noted that the total masses predicted are significant in galaxy formation or structural stabilization, and for attaining the closure density of the universe, and that measurements of free-neutrino energy can put a limit on the total number of neutrinos in a galactic halo.
