High-resolution radio observations of the luminous southern radio and infrared H II regions G 333.6-0.2, G 291.3-0.7 and G 291.6-0.5 are presented. Radio intensity maps were obtained at 1415 MHz (21 cm) by earth rotation aperture synthesis using the Fleurs Synthesis Telescope array. Improved positions, diameters and derived parameters including electron density, emission measure, excitation parameter and mass of ionized hydrogen are presented for the sources. It is found that G 333.6-0.2 can be described by a core-halo structure with high central electron density and emission measure, in agreement with infrared data. G 291.3-0.7 is suggested to consist of several components, while results indicate that G 291.6-0.5 is composed of two massive principle components forming an arc of emission around the cluster NGC 3603, which are at the edge of a region cleared of gas and dust by the exciting stars in the cluster.
