In anticipation of the next generation of colliding beam devices, we have carried out a simulation of certain classes of high energy particle interactions in order to design experimental detectors to study these processes. The Centauro events discovered by the Brazil-Japan collaboration have been simulated using the experimental cosmic-ray data. Our simulated events are compared with the real events.
