Systematic analyses for new-particle search are carried out by using cosmic-ray jet data for a primary energy of 100 TeV obtained from the Brazil-Japan two-storey emulsion chamber experiment exposed on Mt. Chacaltaya. From selected 12 jet events 5 abnormal cores are observed that are not emitted directly from primary C-jets by geometrical arrival-direction measurement. Various known sources for possible backgrounds are found to be negligibly small. Frequencies of X-particle production as a possible origin of the abnormal cores, and lifetimes of X-particles are discussed. A comparison is made between the present results and other cosmic-ray's and accelerator's positive results of new-particle searches.
