During the time period from December 1974 to December 1977 nine solar events with He-3/He-4 ratios exceeding 0.2 were observed on Helios 1 and 2. The results of earlier studies, namely the association of He-3-enrichments with small events and with enhanced ratios of He-4/H-1, and no observed increases in H-2 and H-3 are confirmed. It is found that He-3-rich events are accompanied by relativistic electrons with an electron/proton ratio similar to that of normal events. The time structure of electron/proton rich events resembles that of prompt events with no obvious difference in intensity profiles between different nuclei. One unusual feature is the occurrence of He-3-rich events during quiet solar wind conditions.
