The possible turbulization of a Keplerian accretion disk is investigated. A turbulent Couette flow between rotating coaxial cylinders is analyzed in the framework of the semiempirical Rott model of well-developed anisotropic turbulence. The parameters of a turbulized Keplerian accretion disk are estimated. Based on the values obtained, it is concluded that the mechanism of turbulent shear instability cannot operate in accretion disks that become turbulized through unstable stratification and are characterized by decidedly subsonic turbulence.
