A diffusion model is proposed for an artificial cloud whose brightness
is due to chemical reactions of a reagent introduced into the atmosphere
with components of the surrounding medium. Calculations based on the
model make it possible to make estimates of the brightness, initial
radius, cloud optical depth, diffusion coefficient, etc.
