Results are presented for absolute spectrophotometric observations of planetary nebulae belonging to a large group seen in the direction of the galactic center. The observed monochromatic flux is measured in a series of emission lines for 47 nebulae, and the spectra of 20 objects are analyzed in detail. The average intensities of the O III forbidden lines and the H-beta lines are estimated for nebulae of this central group as well as for those of the general field, and the ratio of the intensities is found to be substantially different for the two groups. It is concluded that this result confirms the hypothesis that the planetary nebulae seen in the direction of the galactic center are physically different from those in the general field.
