Perturbations of the spacetime metric and the behavior of physical fields inside a slowly rotating and slightly charged black hole are investigated in a classical framework. It is shown that in the Schwarzschild coordinates r and t, radiative multipoles of scalar fields at points within the event horizon vary asymptotically as t tends to infinity and that fields with nonzero spin (including the gravitational field) increase, as r tends to zero, in proportion to some power of r rather than to ln r, as in the case of a scalar field. Thus, at a fixed distance from the singularity all radiative metric perturbations and physical fields decay in a power-law manner with respect to t, which is a radial coordinate inside the black hole. The behavior inside the black hole of fields generated by external sources is also considered. It is concluded that 'black holes have no hair not only on the outside but also on the inside'.
