On 20 nights from July 24 to August 21, 1977, 115 photoelectric U, B, V,
R measurements of HZ Her (Her X-1) were made. Minimum light is covered
by 45 measurements on 4 nights, enabling parameters to be determined for
the components of the binary system. The accretion disk is markedly
asymmetric. The light curve is suspected of peculiarity at minimum.
