Some results of observation of 3C273B by the Japanese VLBI system are presented. Cross-correlation functions for each 450 microsec were corrected for sampling and processed by Fourier transformation. These functions were integrated for 0.3 sec after fringe stopping. The delay time difference between the estimated and observational value was about 2 nsec plus or minus 27 nsec.
