A color-magnitude diagram (CMD) for the globular cluster NGC 7099 was obtained from 161 stars measured photographically, calibrated from a photoelectric sequence of 18 stars to a limiting magnitude of V equals 16.250. The well-defined CMD sequences consist of a steep giant branch and a large sample of exclusively blue horizontal-branch stars. There seems to be a shortage of bright red giants. The deduced reddening of E(B-V) equals 0.02 places the cluster at 7.6 kpc from the sun, 5.5 kpc from the galactic plane, and 7.4 kpc from the galactic center, assuming a galactic radius of 9 kpc. The inferred values for the metallicity parameters delta V equals 3.0 and S equals 6.3 corroborate the tendency of metal deficiency suggested by its integrated spectral type and colors of F3 and Q equals -0.38, as well as with Kukarkin's index (m/H) equals -1.78. The CMD is similar to that of the well-known cluster M13 and M92.
