A statistical study is made of the redshift-magnitude-angular diameter
relations for the sample of 86 Seyfert-like galaxies published by
Markarian (1977). The average redshift of these galaxies is about 0.04.
The relations are well fitted by a redshift-distance exponent of 2 and
poorly fitted by an exponent of 1.
