Improved measurements of millimeter temperatures for Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn, and Uranus relative to Jupiter have been made. Taking account of the phase in the case of Mercury, and the rings in the case of Saturn, measured temperatures are found to agree with observations at a longer wavelength. Millimeter emission from the galactic dust cloud M 17 S and from two CO positions in W 43 has been observed. Fluxes of W 51 A and Sag B2 have been improved and the upper limits of 15 other sources have been determined. New observations have been made of extragalactic objects including 3C 84 and 3C 273, and objects 3C 345 and possibly BLLac and 3C 274 have been detected. It is suggested that on a time scale of years, 3C 120 is variable which confirms the nonthermal nature of its millimeter radiation. No evidence is found for the variability of 3C 84 or 3C 273 on a time scale of either days or years.
