A contour map of M33 obtained at 4850 MHz with a half-power beamwidth of 2.6 arcmin is presented. It is found that the extended radio emission coincides largely with the optically brightest part of M33, that the considerable structure detected in the extended emission corresponds to spiral-arm features, that the integrated flux density at 6.2 cm within 40 arcmin of the center is about 1.36 Jy, and that the spectral index of the integrated emission between 318 and 4850 MHz is 0.52 + or - 0.08. Seventeen point sources are observed in the field, four of which coincide with H II regions in M33. The complexes NGC 604, NGC 595, and IC 133 are shown to have thermal spectra, while another source is identified as a possible supernova remnant. It is concluded that more than 58% of the integrated flux probably originates in individual H II regions and the ionized disk, implying a spectral index greater than 0.77 for the nonthermal component.
