The present observations were performed to investigate a possible correlation between the free-free absorption and the recombination line emission. None was found, possibly due to the lack of angular resolution. We did find however, a number of carbon recombination line sources. Carbon emission had been previously detected generally in the direction of H II regions and more recently in a few dark clouds.
