The results are given of a spectral and morphological investigation of galaxies Nos. 198 and 199 of a list published by the author in 1979. The masses of galaxy No. 199 and its gas component are determined and found to be 6.4 x 10 to the 9th solar mass and 3.2 x 10 to the 4th solar mass, respectively. Dependences are established between the absolute magnitudes and the linear diameters D of the superassociations (giant H II regions) and also their surface brightnesses and D.
