The light curve and the period variation of RZ Cas are analyzed. The new elements of the system obtained through the frequency-domain method do not differ significantly from the previous results as this Algol-type eclipsing binary has a very stable light curve. The Fourier analysis of the photoelectric points of the O-C diagram shows that the period variation contains four periodic components. Their reality was investigated using calculations based on the light-time effect and the apsidal motion hypothesis. It is suggested that the multiple nature of the system may be real, but with the computed masses and orbits it seems to be unstable.
