Sekanina's model for the forced precession of the spin-axis of a rotating cometary nucleus is employed to investigate the nongravitational motion of Comet P/Grigg-Skjellerup during 1922-1991. Formulas for the forced precession were adapted to use them in orbital computations. Astrometric observations of the comet are used to correct the orbit and determine six parameters connected with a nongravitational force and with the rotating and precessing nucleus of the comet. The nucleus of Comet P/Grigg-Skjellerup should be a prolate spheroid rotating around its longer axis, and Ra:Rb is about equal to 10:14 where Ra and Rb are the equatorial and polar radii of the nucleus.
