The third field, centered on l of 85 deg and b of 1.5 deg, of a survey of the Galactic plane with the DRAO Synthesis Telescope is presented. Parameters were derived for 91 compact sources at 408 MHz and 94 at 1420 MHz. From these data and results found in the literature, the spectral index of 52 sources were derived. Three possible pulsar candidates are noted and one possible young SNR, although the unresolved sources may include some young but distant SNRs. As for regions of extended emission, spectral indices were derived from overlapping areas of the 408-MHz image and an area mapped by Wendker (1984) at 4.8 GHz. One object, G85.3 + 0.8, appears to be a hitherto unidentified SNR. The HI data reveals the presence of a filament approximately aligned with the Galactic plane and a positive velocity cloud.
