Photoelectric observations of VZ Cnc made between 1962 and 1980 are summarized. Nearly all the observations of light maxima since 1949 are collected in order to analyze the change in the period of VZ Cnc. These data are combined according to the observational periods into 20 average values. Calculations are made of psi and (O - C)1, and a figure revealing the relation between the two is constructed. This is a sine function with a semiamplitude of 0.0056 d and a symmetric axis at (O - C) = 0.0072.
