The radial velocities, V, line widths, W, and integrated fluxes, S, in the catalogues of Fisher and Tully (1981) and of the authors (Paper I) are compared for ˜ 300 galaxies in common. After correction of the FT line widths for resolution effects, the V and W parameters are in excellent systematic agreement The true (external) errors of the FT line widths are estimated to be in the range 20-25 km s-1. The flux scales S are also in good agreement for galaxies smaller than D0= 6', except for a small zero point difference. A catalogue of distance moduli of 468 disk galaxies (- 2 < T < 8) derived from the T-F data via the revised B-band Tully-Fisher relation of Paper II and homogeneous with our catalogue of 822 objects in Paper III is given.
