Taking into account all VLA observations of this source up to April 8, we have obtained a revised radio position for IGR/XTE J17464-3213; 17 46 15.608 +/- 0.17" -32 14 00.6 +/- 0.5" (J2000) This is 0.7" south of the position reported in IAUC 8105 bringing the VLA position closer to a nearby optical counterpart present in Magellan I and R-band images (ATEL #141). This possible counterpart is consistent with the K-band source reported by Baba et al.
