The abundances of 28Si and 29Si in pulsating SiO maser stars are calculated by fitting the SiO maser emissivity from the model to the observed integrated SiO maser intensity. For the first example star R Cas, the abundances of 28Si and 29Si are 1.0e-4 and 3.4e-6 respectively, which corresponds to a ratio of 29, higher than the terrestrial. The calculation to another Mira variable NV Aur draws the ratio of 32, similar tendency as R Cas.
