HETE Mission Operations are unique in that a small team is responsible for full-time operation of the HETE spacecraft, three primary ground stations, and fourteen Burst Alert stations. These requirements have led to the development of a suite of operations procedures and software which attempt to maximize operations efficiency while minimizing the amount of human interaction required. HETE Mission Operations are reviewed here.
