On the basis of analysis, it is shown that the radiation with low frequency by relativistic electrons will form Rayleigh-Jeans spectrum in optically thick medium. Using Fokker-Planck equation, we can get that the acceleration of fast electrons by the spectrum will produce the power distribution electron energy spectrum. Considering the physical conditions of coronal active region, that observed electron energy spectrum of about 10 Mev in large flare may be produced by the acceleration of the synchrotron radiation.
