The linear and circular polarization emission characteristics are calculated for a power-law distribution of electron energies in a weak plasma in an attempt to differentiate the Razin-Tsytovich effect from other low-frequency turnover mechanisms in radio sources. Both pi-L and pi-V are found to be slightly larger in the cut-off region than in a vacuum. The detailed dependences are then compared to those available for other mechanisms.
