The photoelectric observations of BD +37°2356 on UBV bands were made using the photometer attached to the 0.91 m telescope at McDonald Observatory in March and May 1984. The UBV light curves were analyzed by the Wilson-Devinney method, according to two normal models without or with spots. BD +37°2356 was found to be a contact system, having a mass ratio of 0.87 and the orbital inclination of 69°. The polar temperatures of two components are almost equal. The authors improved photometric solutions are different from that of Zhukov. The absolute parameters of BD +37°2356 binary were found.
