The gf-values of some transitions of Y II and Zr II are calculated to
test the reliability of values commonly used in astrophysical
applications. The astrophysical interest of these transitions is
associated with the determination of the solar abundance of Y and Zr and
with the analysis of the Sr-Y-Zr peak in Ap and Bp stars.
