Multiaperture UBV data have been compiled for a large homogeneous sample of early-type spiral galaxies. Corrections have been applied to the data for aperture effect, K-dimming, Galactic reddening, internal absorption, and color-absolute magnitude effect. The correction for aperture effect is used to estimate surface color gradients in early-type spirals. Fully corrected colors and magnitudes are presented for 269 early-type spirals. This sample includes 207, or 84%, of the Shapley-Ames galaxies with revised Hubble types in the range T = -1 to 2.
