We describe a FORTRAN-coded computer program ("RETICENT") that has been written for spectrophotometric data reduction. RETICENT operates as a command language, and possesses a powerful "front-end" command interpreter that permits the coding of programmable structures such as MACROs and loops. A wide range of scientific application commands are available. Versions of RETICENT exist for a number of computer/operating system configurations.
