The author discusses the thermodynamics of white holes and gives their thermodynamical laws. He points out that there is a flaw in the view that white holes must necessarily violate the Second Law of Thermodynamics. If the burst of white holes obeys the Second Law, then this will give certain constraints on the burst, and may provide an explanation of the time of burst of lagging-cores.
