The expression for the tidal flow velocities in a thin disk revolving
around the component of a binary system are obtained. The tidal
velocities produced by the satellites and the Sun in Saturn's rings are
calculated. The tidal flow velocities in the disk-shaped shells around
the stars in not very close binaries are calculated similarly.
