The article is devoted to an analysis of possible manifestations of ejecting neutron stars in double systems with normal companions. For the first time, the problem of the propagation of radio emission from a point source orbiting in the stellar wind of the optical star is solved accounting for refraction. In the framework of this model, an attempt is made to explain the recently detected nonthermal radio emission from some OB stars.
