The value of the specific angular momentum of gas, which is formed and stored within a quasi-spherical, nonrotating cluster of stars losing their material, is evaluated. It is shown that in stationary clusters, the probability that the gas component of a particular cluster has some value of specific angular momentum is described by the Maxwellian distribution function. Mean regular shift and statistical dispersion of this distribution are calculated. The probability of finding a gas disc structure rotating around a black hole, which is possibly situated in the centre of the cluster, is evaluated.
