Analytical estimates of the maximum density attained at the nonlinear stage of gravitational instability in a collisionless medium with small thermal velocities are obtained. These estimates are made for all types of generic singularities occurring in three-dimensional motions of a cold medium. In the one-dimensional case the numerical simulations of the gravitational collapse of a warm collisionless medium have been made.
