On the basis of the methods developed in the previous paper (39.063.049) the particular problem of relaxation of the nonequilibrium isotropic radiation interacting with nondegenerate nonrelativistic electrons due to the multiphoton Compton scattering at the intensity parameter ξ very low 1 is considered. The kinetic equation which describes the time evolution of the photon distribution function, the equations describing the time evolution of energy exchange, and the heating and cooling of electron gas are investigated. The time dependence of electron temperature is obtained. Various characteristics related to the multicomptonization for the quasar 3C 273 are presented.
