Two X-ray selected AGN found to be associated with cluster of galaxies are reported. 1E 0412.5-0803 is associated with a group of galaxies in the outskirts of A484 (richness class 1), while 1E 2304.9-2259 is found close to the center of cluster A2534 (richness class 2). This cluster itself is detected as a diffuse X-ray source. Consequences of these associations are discussed.
